I built a PMO from scratch for a national security organization in the UAE. Managed a $120M+ aerospace portfolio. Led Lean Six Sigma programs that generated over $200M in documented savings. Stood up and coached more than 30 Agile teams. Supported federal programs delivering management support services that advance biomedical research and human health.
That work took me across UAE, UK, Czech Republic, India, China, Washington DC, New York, Puerto Rico, and Phoenix in environments where the margin for error was low and excuses weren’t accepted.
